Thiuram compounds as derived from secondary amines have been reported to have generated carcinogenic Nitrosamine and has potential health hazard. We offer an excellent cost performance balanced accelerator technology from safe amines for Natural Rubber (NR) vulcanization.

These accelerators in combination with Thiazole containing accelerators (MBT, CBS, MBTS) in vulcanization of NR have excellent properties like Rheometric Torque (R∞), Modulus (200% elongation), Tensile Strength and High Thermal Resistivity (t90, t2).
